Bio
Kevin is a professional actor, teacher and theatre maker. He holds a BFA in Acting from Elon University and an MFA in Acting from the prestigious Old Globe Theatre Professional Actor Training Program. He has worked with award-winning artists such as Mare Winningham (Emmy winner), Duncan Sheik (Tony winner), Adrian Noble (former Artistic Director of the RSC), Karen Ziemba (Tony winner), Darko Tresnjak (Tony winner) and Robert Loggia (Scarface, Big, Independence Day). Professional highlights include Twelfth Night and Whisper House (world premiere Duncan Sheik musical) at The Old Globe, Proof at Virginia Rep, The Taming of the Shrew at Delaware Shakespeare Festival, as well as performances at Theater at Monmouth, Montgomery Theatre, Revolution Shakespeare and others. Most recently he performed as an Equity Guest Artist at Elon University, working alongside students in All’s Well That Ends Well as well as serving as Text and Vocal Coach. Kevin is an Visiting Assistant Professor of Performance Arts at Elon University and has also taught at Millikin University, Dickinson College, Montgomery County Community College and the Learning Institute of Philadelphia. He holds a Teacher Certification in Michael Chekhov Technique from the Great Lakes Michael Chekhov Consortium and is an active member of the Michael Chekhov community. He is currently pursuing his teaching certification in Alexander Technique with Chesapeake Bay Alexander Studies. |
