I combine authoring tools expertise with strong visual design skills, a mind for analysis, an eye for details, and a creative approach to solving problems. My instructional design process builds upon the ADDIE framework while keeping the learner in mind every step of the way. I am an analyzer, creator, designer, developer and strategic thinker. I excel at public speaking and have presented at 9 international conferences. When I’m not working, you can find me with my head in a book or chasing around my 3 year-old. |
